I like making money. But there are much better ways of getting me to do stuff then to pay me.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I need to understand<\/strong>
\n\u2013 the Business, it’s Context and the Whole Problem that we are trying to solve.<\/p>\n

I need for us to Prove that things work<\/strong>
\n\u2013 instead of just believing that they do.<\/p>\n

Communicate with me
\n<\/strong>\u2013 show me that I am part of a living organization.<\/p>\n

Give me Autonomy & Responsibility
\n<\/strong>\u2013 let me do my shit and challenge me to be better.<\/p>\n

I love Structure<\/strong>
\n\u2013 let’s have a plan and change it when it needs to change.<\/p>\n

Keep Promises<\/strong>
\n\u2013 communicate ideas as such, decisions as such. Communicate clearly when stuff changes and make sure that change happens on good merits.<\/p>\n

I want to Change My Mind<\/strong>
\n\u2013 prove to me that you are correct. Please!<\/p>\n

Let’s do as little trash talking about colleagues, customers and competitors as possible
\n<\/strong>\u2013 but give and take structured feedback on a regular basis.<\/p>\n

Anybody is always allowed to break up with anybody else for any reason.
\n<\/strong>\u2013 We do not owe each other commitment \u2013 we chose to work together.<\/p>\n
