But it hopefully provides a valuable\nperspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functional,\nstable and quick<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usersknow.com\/\">Laura Klein<\/a> says: &#8220;Your app is never quick enough.&#8221; But we also need to make sure that the functionality the customer need to &#8220;become a better self&#8221; exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Engineers<\/em> of various kinds make this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When we\n&#8220;deliver&#8221; a product all the details around layout, colors, motions,\nsounds, states, texts, etc need to be defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An <em>interaction specialist<\/em>, an <em>information architect<\/em>, and an <em>art director<\/em> therefore continue their work, but with a different perspective than during &#8220;discovery&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up for\niterations, usage analysis and growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dA digital\nproduct is never finished.\u201d \u201dEverything is an experiment.\u201d Etc. Therefore we\nneed to prepare the product to be able to evaluate the relative success of\nfeatures or whole products. We also need to establish processes that make\nimprovements and pivots possible. And then the work needs to be done&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <em>product manager<\/em> makes this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Well\npositioned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products are bought because they help persons become better. But just functionality is not enough.
